Svašta smo videli večeras na našem prepunom St James' Parku. Sreću, tugu, bes, radost, ushićenje, očaj, ponos...

U prvom poluvremenu totalna dominacija Newcastle Uniteda. Ređale su se prilike jedna za drugom. Gordon je uništavao protivničku odbranu i propustio tri prilike. Treba nam napadač i to je valjda Yasir Al-Rumayyan večeras video.

Međutim, Liverpool iz prvog udarca na gol Newcastle Uniteda dolazi do 0:1 preko Ryan Gravenbercha u 35. minutu utakmice preciznim udarcem sa preko dvadeset metara uz malu pomoć desne statve Popeovog gola.

Desetak minuta kasnije trenutak ludila Anthonya Gordona koji uz asistenciju iz VAR sobe dobija direktan crveni karton zbog starta nad Virgilom van Dijkom.

U drugom poluvremenu već posle pola minuta igre Crveni dolaze do 0:2 preciznim udarcem Huga Ekitikea sa petnaestak metara i ponovo lopta uz pomoć desne stative Popeovog gola završava u njegovoj mreži.

Tada Newcastle United kreće u napade i u 57. minutu utakmice Bruno Guimaraes glavom sa šest metara smanjuje rezultat na 1:2. Asistenciju upisuje Tino Livramento centaršutem sa levog boka.

William Osula se u 88. minutu odlično snalazi u protivničkom šesnaestercu i udarcem levom nogom sa osam metara izjednačava rezultat na 2:2. Ludilo.

Svašta se dešavalo između 0:2 i 2:2 do toga da VAR nije reagovao u najmanje tri prilike u korist Newcastle Uniteda. Dva penala nisu svirana za Newcastle United. Tri igrača su se povredila i to Sandro Tonali, Joelinton i FabianSchar.

Meč je produžen za 11 minuta, Svrake su imale nekoliko kornera da dođu do totalnog preokreta ali minut pre kraja meča Liverpool posle duge akcije pravi priliku za debitanta Ria Ngumoha koji sa desetak metara nažalost desnom nogom matira Nicka Popea za konačnih 2:3. Rio ima svega šesnaest godina.

Okrutan je fudbal.

Dan posle meča nema ko mi u gradu nije čestitao na hrabroj i odličnoj igri Newcastle Uniteda. Naravno da sam ponosan na svoj klub jer ovakva igra je sve ono što sam ikada želeo od svog kluba. Borba na svakom delu terena, maksimum od svakog igrača i izgaranje do poslednje sekunde meča. Nažalost, opet smo primili gol od Liverpoola duboko u sudijskoj nadoknadi ali nema veze. Dali smo im dva gola sa igračem manje.

Gordon je kod njegovog starta morao biti mnog oprezniji, no sve je to u žaru borbe. Za klub su debitovali Malick Thiaw i Jacob Ramsey i izgledali su vrlo dobro.

Sledeće subote putujemo u Leeds gde na Elland Roadu igramo sa istomenim Premijerligašem. Naažalost, zbog crvenog kartona neće igrati Gordon, dok će meč verovatno zbog povreda propustiti Tonali, Joelinton i Schar.

Današnja ponuda Newcastle Uniteda od 40 miliona funti za Yoane Wissu je odbijena od strane čelnika Brentforda.

As explained to Alex and his representatives, we must always take into consideration the best interests of Newcastle United, the team and our supporters in all decisions and we have been clear that the conditions of a sale this summer have not transpired. We do not foresee those conditions being met.

"This is a proud football club with proud traditions and we strive to retain our family feel. Alex remains part of our family and will be welcomed back when he is ready to rejoin his teammates."

Sada već bivši vezista Aston Viille Jacob Ramsey novii je igrač Newcastle Uniteda. Ramsey ima 24 godine i u Newcastle Unitedu će nostiti dres sa brojem 41.

Aston Villa je nažalost u problemima zbog glupog PSR pravila ali će joj 43 miliona funti od Newcastle Uniteda za transfer Jacoba Ramseya dobro doći.
